7.1. Paper basis weight detection board/TX (PBWDB/TX)

(Video: Disassembly the paper basis weight detection board/TX)

  1. Open the right door.
  2. Remove three screws [1].
  3. Remove the paper type automatic detection board assy/2 [2].
  5. Remove two screws [1].
  6. Disconnect the connector [2] and remove the paper type automatic detection board assy/1 [3].
  8. Remove three screws [1], and remove the paper basis weight detection board/TX assy [2].
  10. Remove the screw [1], and remove the cover [2].
  12. Remove two screws [1].
  13. Disconnect the connector [2] and remove the paper basis weight detection board/TX [3].
  15. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.
  16. Make adjustments from [Service Mode] -> [Machine] -> [Weight calc. default].
